1. Purpose of the Website
This website provides information about the Wiener Mozart Konzert and enables the booking of tickets for events organized by Wiener Mozart Orchester Konzertveranstaltungs GmbH.
2. Use of the Website and Copyright
All content on this website is carefully reviewed and regularly updated. However, no guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Errors and changes are reserved.
Use of the website is at the user’s own risk. External links are outside our control, and we assume no liability for their content.
Any reproduction, distribution, or other use of website content—especially for commercial purposes—is prohibited without prior written consent.
3. Data Protection

4. Prices and Fees
All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT.
Any additional service or delivery fees will be displayed separately during the booking process.
Prices are subject to change until the booking is completed.
5. Ticket Orders & Conclusion of Contract
Ticket orders made via the website, by telephone, or by email are binding.
After successful booking, a booking confirmation and invoice will be issued.
Group bookings constitute a request only. A binding contract is concluded only upon confirmation by the organizer.
6. Payment Methods & Due Date
Accepted payment methods include in particular:
- Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay)
- Klarna (invoice, direct debit, installment payments)
The specific payment conditions are displayed during the booking process.
Use of Klarna payment methods is subject to a successful credit check. Further information can be found in Klarna’s terms and conditions.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Section 18 (1) No. 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to leisure services with a fixed date (e.g. events, concerts, shows). Cancellation or refund of already booked tickets is therefore generally excluded.
Only one voucher or discount code may be redeemed per order. A combination of multiple vouchers and discount codes is not permitted.
Vouchers:
For vouchers ordered via our partner shop (e-guma voucher & ticket system / Idea Creation GmbH), there is likewise no right of withdrawal, as these are digital or dispatched vouchers excluded from withdrawal pursuant to Section 18 (1) No. 2 and No. 11 FAGG.
Once a voucher has been ordered, cancellation or refund is not possible.
Gift vouchers may only be redeemed for the purchase of tickets.
Discount Codes:
Discount codes are valid exclusively for regular full-price tickets. They may not be combined with reduced prices, special offers, or vouchers.
8. Rescheduling
The following conditions apply:
- Standard tickets (without dinner):
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the concert. - Tickets including dinner:
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the concert.
After these deadlines, cancellation is no longer possible.
A rebooking to another date is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the event, or up to 72 hours before the event for Dinner & Concert or VIP packages, subject to availability.
Refunds or cancellations of e-tickets are excluded.
9. E-Tickets & Delivery
Tickets are delivered according to the delivery method selected during the booking process (email or physical delivery).
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details.
10. Ticket Loss and Non-Attendance
No replacement or refund will be provided for lost, stolen, or unused tickets (e.g., due to late arrival).
11. Resale / Transferability
Tickets may be transferred privately or given as a gift.
Commercial resale or the use of tickets for advertising or marketing purposes is prohibited without the express consent of the organizer.
Duplicate tickets may be issued upon presentation of proof of purchase.
If both the original and duplicate tickets are presented at the event, the duplicate tickets will be invalid.
12. Admission Conditions
Admission is subject to the regulations of the respective venue. Late admission may only be granted during a break or may be denied entirely. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for important reasons.
Late admission may only be permitted during a break or not at all.
- Young persons aged 5 to 18 and ISIC cardholders up to 27 years receive a 50% discount.
- Discounted tickets are valid only upon presentation of a valid photo ID or ISIC card.
- Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to attend.
13. Changes to the Program
Changes to the cast, program, date, or schedule, as well as shifts in the start time of the performance, do not entitle ticket holders to return or refund tickets.
14. Force Majeure & Event Cancellation
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure (e.g. official orders, pandemic), the organizer will offer a replacement date or a voucher.
15. Limitation of Liability
The organizer’s liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Participation in events is at the participant’s own risk.
16. Customer Obligations
Customers are obliged to check the tickets received immediately upon receipt for accuracy (date, event, seat) and to report any discrepancies without delay.
17. House Rules
The house rules of the respective venue apply.
The organizer reserves the right to deny admission to guests for good cause.
During the performance, photo, video, and audio recordings as well as the use of mobile phones are prohibited.
Use of the cloakroom is mandatory for coats, jackets, backpacks, umbrellas, and similar items.
Animals are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
During events, photographs and video recordings may be taken by the organizer or authorized third parties. These recordings may be used for documentation purposes as well as for marketing and promotional activities (including website, social media, print materials and press coverage).
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests consent to the use of images and audio recordings in which they may be identifiable for the purposes stated above, without entitlement to compensation.
If a guest does not wish to appear in such recordings, they may inform the event staff on site.
18. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Austrian law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
