Gift coupons can only be redeemed through the www.mozart.wien Online-Shop toward the purchase of any event tickets listed on www.mozart.wien

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Gift coupons cannot be used to purchase other gift coupons.

Gift coupons and unused portions of gift coupons must be spent within 30 years from the date of issuance. You can find the expire date on the gift coupon.

If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
